Can I try Run of Shows before subscribing?

Yes, no card required. Create an account and explore the interface and build a ROS with real cues. Go Live, sharing, and team invites unlock once you're on a paid plan.

Do my clients or team need a Run of Shows account to view the rundown?

No. Send them a shared link and they get view-only access to the ROS. No signup, no password, no app to install.

Can multiple people edit the same ROS at once?

Yes. Show Caller, Owner, and Contributor roles can all edit concurrently, and every change syncs live to whoever's watching.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Yes. You can pause your subscription for a season and pick it back up later, instead of canceling outright.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from account billing. You keep full access through the end of your current paid period, with no cancellation fees.

What happens if I need more events credit?

Add an Extra Event Top-Up (AED 125SAR 130USD 35) to cover one more show. This works when you've used up the 4 events included in your Monthly Subscription.

Does Run of Shows handle different time zones?

Every event has its own city and time zone, and every run of show inside it follows that automatically. You can override it per show if you need to.

Is Arabic supported?

Yes. You can write cues and notes in Arabic anywhere in the rundown, and the text displays correctly right to left. The interface itself is only in English right now.
